S.O. 772(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5AA of the Employees’ Provident Funds
and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (19 of 1952), the Central Government hereby appoints, the following
persons as members of the Executive Committee constituted under the said Act, in place of persons appointed
vide notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment number S.O. 3539(E),
dated the 24th November, 2016 with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette of
