NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 15th March, 2018
No. PNGRB/Monitoring/QS/CGD/01.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 61 of the
Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board Act, 2006 (19 of 2006), the Petroleum and Natural Gas
Regulatory Board hereby makes the following regulations to amend the Petroleum and Natural Gas
Regulatory Board (Code of Practice for Quality of Service for City or Local Natural Gas Distribution
Networks) Regulations, 2010, namely: -
1. Short title and commencement.
1. These regulations may be called the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Code of Practice
for Quality of Service for City or Local Natural Gas Distribution Networks) Amendment
Regulations, 2018.
2. These shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette
2. In the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Code of Practice for Quality for Service for City
or Local Natural Gas Distribution Networks) Regulations, 2010, in sub-regulation (1) of regulation 4, in

lawful owner of the premises and tenant” shall be inserted.
