अजधजियम, 2006 (2006 का 19) की धारा 61 द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बोड ड पेरोजलयम
और प्राकृजतक गैस जिजियामक बोड ड (पेरोजलयम और पेरोजलयम उत्पाि पाइपलाइि पररिहि टैररफ का
जिधाडरण) संिोधि जिजियम, 2010 में और संिोधि करके एति्द्वारा, जिम्नजलजखत जिजियम बिाता ह,ै
िामतः :-
1. इि जिजियमों को पेरोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गैस जिजियामक बोड ड (पेरोजलयम और पेरोजलयम उत्पाि
पाइपलाइि पररिहि टैररफ का जिधारड ण) संिोधि जिजियम, 2020 कहा िाएगा।
2. िे दििांक 1 िििरी, 2020 स े लागू होंगे।
3. पेरोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गैस जिजियामक बोड ड (पेरोजलयम और पेरोजलयम उत्पाि पाइपलाइि
पररिहि टैररफ का जिधाडरण) जिजियम, 2010 म,ें -
(क) जिजियम 4 में सप्तम परंतुक के पश्चात जिम्नजलजखत परंतुक रख दिया िाएगा, िामतः :-
“बिते सक्रं मणकालीि 31.12.2019 तक की जिस्ट्ताररत संक्रमण अिजध पूणड होिे के पश्चात
31.3.2020 तक की अिजध के जलए बढ़ाया िाए।”;

(ख) जिजियम 5 में षष्टम परंतुक के पश्चात जिम्नजलजखत परंतुक रख दिया िाएगा, िामतः :-
“बिते इस जिजियम के अंतगडत पेरोजलयम और पेरोजलयम उत्पाि पाइपलाइि पररिहि टैररफ
जिधाडरण के जलए भी रेलिे की माल टैररफ ताजलका के अिुसार बेंचमाकड दकया िाएगा िैसा दक
पेरोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गैस जिजियामक बोड ड (पेरोजलयम और पेरोजलयम उत्पाि पाइपलाइि
पररिहि टैररफ जिधाडरण) संिोधि जिजियम, 2020 के प्रिृत्त होिे की तारीख से लागू होगा िोदक
संक्रमण अिजध के िौराि अिरुद्ध रहगे ा और यदि आगे जिस्ट्ताररत सक्रं मण अिजध में रेलिे की माल
टैररफ ताजलका में संिोधि होता ह ै तो बोड ड जिचार कर सकता ह ै तथा पेरोजलयम और पेरोजलयम
उत्पाि पररिहि बेंचमाकड पर जिणडय ले सकता ह।ै ”

PETROLEUM AND NATURAL GAS REGULATORY BOARD
NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th February, 2020
F. No. PNGRB/M(C)/62/2020.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 61 of the Petroleum
and Natural Gas Regulatory Board Act, 2006 (19 of 2006), the Board hereby makes the following regulations
further to amend the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determination of Petroleum and Petroleum
Products Pipeline Transportation Tariff) Amendment Regulations, 2010, namely : -
1. These regulations may be called the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determination of
Petroleum and Petroleum Products Pipeline Transportation Tariff) Amendment Regulations, 2020.
2. They shall come into force on 01st January 2020.
3. In the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determination of Petroleum and Petroleum Products
Pipeline Transportation Tariff) Regulations, 2010, –
(a) in regulation 4, after the seventh proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely: -
“Provided also that the transitional period may, after the completion of the extended transition period till
31.12.2019, be further extended up to 31.03.2020”;
(b) in regulation 5, after the sixth proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely: -
“Provided also that the determination of the petroleum and petroleum product pipeline transportation tariff
under this regulation shall be benchmarked against the goods tariff table of the railways as applicable on
the date of the coming into force of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determination of
Petroleum and Petroleum Products Pipeline Transportation Tariff) Amendment Regulations, 2020 and if
the goods tariff table of the railways is revised during the further extended period of transition, the Board
may consider the benchmarking of the petroleum and petroleum products transportation tariff against such
revision.”.
