NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, 23rd March, 2018
F.No.PNGRB/M(C)/48:- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 61 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas
Regulatory Board Act, 2006 (19 of 2006), the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board hereby makes the
following regulations, namely:—
1. Short title and commencement.
(1) These regulations may be called the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Imbalance
Management Services) Amendment Regulations, 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Imbalance Management Services) Regulations, 2016, in
regulation 1, in sub-regulation (2), for the year “2018” the year “2020” shall be substituted.
