2. वे (cid:4)दनाकं 20 (cid:4)दसंबर, 2018 स ेलागू ह गे।
3. पे(cid:14)ोिलयम और (cid:19)ाकृितक गैस िविनयामक बोड (cid:25) (पे(cid:14)ोिलयम और पे(cid:14)ोिलयम उ(पाद पाइपलाइन प)रवहन टै)रफ का
िनधार(cid:25) ण) िविनयम, 2010 म,2 -
(क) िविनयम 4 म 2पंचम परंतकु के प3ात िन$िलिखत परंतकु रख (cid:4)दया जाएगा, नामतः :-
“बशत4 (cid:4)क स5ं मणकालीन एक वष(cid:25) क(cid:26) िव7ता)रत स5ं मण अविध पूण (cid:25)होने के प3ात आगामी 31.03.2019 तक क(cid:26)
अविध के िलए बढ़ाया जाए।”;
(ख) िविनयम 5 म2 चतुथ (cid:25)परंतकु के प3ात िन$िलिखत परंतकु रख (cid:4)दया जाएगा, नामतः :-

PETROLEUM AND NATURAL GAS REGULATORY BOARD
NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 18th December, 2018
F. No. PNGRB/M(C)/62/2018.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 61 of the Petroleum and
Natural Gas Regulatory Board Act, 2006 (19 of 2006), the Board hereby makes the following regulations, namely: -
1. These regulations may be called the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determination of Petroleum and
Petroleum Products Pipeline Transportation Tariff) Amendment Regulations, 2018.
2. They shall come into force on 20th December, 2018.
3. In the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determination of Petroleum and Petroleum Products Pipeline
Transportation Tariff) Regulations, 2010, –
(a) in regulation 4, after the fifth proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:-
“Provided also that the transitional period may, after the completion of the extended transition period of one year, be
further extended up to 31.03.2019.”;
(b) in regulation 5, after the fourth proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:-
“Provided also that the determination of the petroleum and petroleum product pipeline transportation tariff under this
regulation shall be benchmarked against the goods tariff table of the railways as applicable on the date of the coming into
force of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determination of Petroleum and Petroleum Products Pipeline
Transportation Tariff) Amendment Regulations, 2018 and if the goods tariff table of the railways is revised during the
further extended period of transition, the Board may consider the benchmarking of the petroleum and petroleum products
transportation tariff against such revision.”
