In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 8 of the Employees State Insurance Act, 1948 34 of 1948, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour & Employment
This notification, S.O. 392(E), issued by the Ministry of Labour and Employment on February 8, 2016, amends a previous notification, S.O. No. 1166(E) dated April 29, 2014, concerning appointments to the Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC). The amendment, made in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 8 of the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948, substitutes the entries for S.No.s 3 and 4 under the heading "Appointed by the Central Government under clause (b) of Section 8." The new entries are: S. No. 3: Joint Secretary to the Government of India, Social Security Division Dealing with ESIC, Ministry of Labour and Employment, New Delhi; and S. No. 4: Shri K Dileep Kumar, ExMLC, Telangana Legislative Council, 1113113, Door No. 79, Road No. 2, Alkapuri, Hyderabad 500035.

Act, 1948 (34 of 1948), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification
of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour & Employment S.O.No.1166(E) dated 29th April, 2014
published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 Sub-section (ii) dated the 29th April, 2014.
In the said notification under the heading “Appointed by the Central Government under clause (b) of
Section 8” against S.No.s 3 & 4, the following entry shall be substituted namely:-
