No. CURAJ/R/F.167/2025/1262.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20 read with sub-section (2) of the Section 27 of the Central Universities Act, 2009 (25 of 2009), the Executive Council of Central University of Rajasthan with the approval of the Visitor, hereby makes the following Statutes to amend the Central University of Rajasthan Statutes, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These Statutes may be called as the Central Universities (Amendment) Statutes (for Central University of Rajasthan), 2025 (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2.
