1914), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Plant Quarantine (Regulation of Import into India) Order, 2003, namely:— 1. Short title and Commencement.—(1) This Order may be called the Plant Quarantine (Regulation of Import into India) (Eighth Amendment) Order, 2018. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.¹Hkkx IIµ[k.M 3(ii)º Hkkjr dk jkti=k % vlk/kj.k 3 2. In Schedule IX- A, regarding ‘Inspection fees’ against serial number 7, column 2 (i) relating to import of ‘Insect and other arthropods/ Nematodes’ and the entries relating thereto, the following entries shall be substituted: Particulars of Import Numbers/ Weight/ Volume Fee (2) (3) (4) (i) Insect and other (1) up to 100 numbers *Rs. 150/- arthropods/ Nematodes (ii) Above 100 and up to 1,000 * Rs. 150/- plus Rs. 100/- per additional numbers 100 numbers or part thereof.
