Short title and Commencement.—(1) This Order may be called the Plant Quarantine (Regulation of Import into India) (Twelfth Amendment) Order, 2019. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In Schedule II of the Plant Quarantine (Regulation of import into India) Order, 2003 after serial number 75 and the entries relating thereto the following serial number and entries shall be added, namely:- Place State Status Jurisdiction of PQ Station “76 Palwal Haryana Inland Container Regional Plant Quarantine Station, Rangpuri, Depot New Delhi.” [F.
