In the said notification, in the Table, - (i) in serial number 9, in column number (4), the entry “(3) State of Odisha”, shall be omitted; (ii) in serial number 10, in column number (4), the entry “(1) State of Chhattisgarh”, shall be omitted; (iii) after serial number 11 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted namely:- “12 National Company Cuttack (1) State of Odisha Law Tribunal, (2) State of Chhattisgarh”.
