Act, 1952 (35 of 1952), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri D. K. Sahu, Deputy Director
General of Mines Safety (Mining) , in the Directorate General of Mines Safety Organisation to be the
Chief Inspector of Mines for all the territories to which the said Act extends with effect from 01.03.2020
