New Delhi, the 2nd December, 2019
S.O. 4323(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5A of the Employee’s
Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (19 of 1952), the Central Government hereby makes the
following amendments further to amend the notification of Government of India, in Ministry of Labour and Employment,
S.O. 5668(E), dated the 9th November, 2018, published in the Gazette Of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3,
Sub-Section (ii), dated the 9th November, 2018, namely:-
In the said notification, under the heading ‘Representatives of employers under clause (d) of sub-section (1) of
section 5A,’ for serial number 29 and entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
“29. Shree S. K. Sharma, Association of Industries and Institution.”
