S.O. 3547(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the
Anti-Hijacking Act, 2016 (No. 30 of 2016), the Central Government hereby confers on Shri Vikram Khalate,
Superintendent of Police, National Investigation Agency, Mumbai, the powers of arrest, investigation and
prosecution exercisable by a Police Officer under the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 in relation to
