Economic Regulatory Authority of India Act, 2008 (27 of 2008), the Central Government hereby appoints
Shri Balwinder Singh Bhullar as Chairperson, Airports Economic Regulatory Authority w.e.f. 08th July, 2019
i.e. the date of his assumption of charge of the post, for a period of three years or until further orders,
whichever is earlier.
