NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 24th September, 2015
S.O.2631(E).– In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 4 read with section 5A of the
Inter-State River Water Disputes Act, 1956 (33 of 1956), the Central Government hereby appoints Mr. Justice Ram
Mohan Reddy, a sitting Judge of the Karnataka High Court, as the Member of the Krishna Water Disputes Tribunal and
for that purpose makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry
of Water Resources number S.O.451(E), dated the 2nd April, 2004, namely:–
In the said notification, for serial number (iii) and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number
and entries shall be substituted, namely:–
“(iii) Mr. Justice Ram Mohan Reddy,
Judge of the High Court of Karnataka – Member.”.
