S.O. 3162(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the National Medical
Commission Act, 2019 (30 of 2019), the Central Government hereby notifies that the provisions of sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 8,
11, 16, 17, 18, 19, 56 and 57 of the said Act shall come into force with effect from the 02nd day of September, 2019.
