NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th January, 2016
S.O. 77(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 4 of the Coastal
Aquaculture Authority Act, 2005 (24 of 2005), the Central Government hereby appoints Ms. Leena Nair,
Chairman, Marine Products Export Development Authority (MPEDA) as Member in the Coastal Aquaculture
Authority in place of Shri Santosh Kumar Sarangi, Joint Secretary (EP-MP), to represent Department of
Commerce for the purpose of the said Act in partial modification to the Notification No. S.O. 2873(E), dated
19th October, 2015.
