New Delhi, the 7th January, 2019
F. No. AV-19032/5/2015-AAI-MOCA.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (a) of section 26 of
the National Civil Aviation Policy, 2016, the Central Government with the approval of the Competent Authority, hereby
makes the following further amendments in the National Civil Aviation Policy, 2016, namely:-

In the said Policy, in paragraph 14, in clause (d), for the word and figures, “from 1st January, 2019”, the words and
figures, “from 30th June, 2020” shall be substituted, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the
official gazette.
