S.O. 4636(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (3) of section 3 of the
Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986), read with the paragraph 53 of the River Ganga (Rejuvenation,
Protection and Management) Authorities Order, 2016 (herein after referred to as the said order), the Central
Government in consultation with the Uttar Pradesh State Ganga Committee hereby constitutes an authority to be
