3. वबहार राज्य गंगा सवमवत ददनांक 7 अक्तूबर, 2016 की ऊपर उवल्लवखत अवधसूचना में दी गई शवक्तयों का प्रयोग करेगी और
इसमें ददये गए कायों का वनष्पादन करेगी।
4. नावमत सदस्यों को यात्रा भत्ता/दवैनक भत्ता और वसटटंग फीस राज्य सरकार के वनयमों के अनुसार दये होगी।
5. सवमवत ददनांक 7 अक्तूबर, 2016 की ऊपर उवल्लवखत अवधसूचना के अनुसार बैठकें आयोवजत करने के वलए प्रदक्रया तथा
अिवध के संबंध में वनणाय ले सकती ह।ै

S.O.2180(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (3) of Section 3 of the
Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986), read with the paragraph 20 of the notification of the Government of
India in the Ministry of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation number S. O. 3187(E), dated
7th October, 2017, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-III, Sub-section (ii) (hereinafter
referred to as the said notification) the Central Government hereby constitutes an authority to be called the State
Ganga Rejuvenation, Protection and Management Committee for the State of Bihar (hereinafter referred to as the State
Ganga Committee for Bihar), comprising of the following members, namely:-

4. Travelling Allowance, Daily Allowance and sitting fees of the nominated members shall be governed by the rules
of the State Government.
5. The State Ganga Committee for Bihar committee may decide the procedure and frequency for holding the
meetings as per the said notification.
