New Delhi, the 24th May, 2016
S.O. 1866(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (8) of clause 5 read with sub-clause (b) of
clause 4 of the Cotton Seed Price (Control) Order, 2015, the Central Government, based on the advice of the Controller
and after consultation with the Committee referred to in sub-clause (i) of clause 5, hereby rescinds the notification of
Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare (Department of Agriculture, Cooperation and
Farmers Welfare) published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part-II, section-3, sub-section-(ii), dated the 18th May,
2016 vide S.O. No. 1813(E), dated the 18th May, 2016.
