In the said notification,— (i) in paragraph 1, for serial number 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and the entries shall be substituted, namely:— “(2) Shri Sanjay Gupta, President, Nominee of the Institute of Member, [nominated under clause Cost Accountants of India (b) of sub-section (2) of section 210A of the said Act].”; (ii) in paragraph 2, for the words “one year” the words “two years” shall be substituted.
