NOTIFICATION
Aizawl, the 1st March, 2022
F. No. 5-40/Estt.I/19/6.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of
section 28 of the Mizoram University Act, 2000 (No. 8 of 2000), the Executive Council, with the
approval of the Visitor, hereby makes the following amendment in the Mizoram University
Ordinances, namely:––
1. Short Title and Commencement:
(1) Amendment to Ordinance OA-1 “On Assignment of Departments to the Schools of
Studies”.
(2) They shall come into force on the date their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Mizoram University Ordinances, in Ordinance OA-1, the following shall be substituted,
namely:-
“On Assignment of Departments to the Schools of Studies.
The School of Studies shall consist of the Departments mentioned under each as and when
