O. 3187 (E), dated the 7th October, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the said notification), the Central Government hereby constitutes an authority to be called as the District Ganga Protection Committee for District Bhabhua of the State of Bihar, comprising of the following members, namely:- (A) Ex-officio Members: (a) District Magistrate, Kaimur - Chairperson; (b) Executive Engineer, Path Circle, Bhabua - Member; (c) Executive Engineer, Small Irrigation, Bhabua - Member; (d) Civil Surgeon, Kaimur (Bhabua) - Member; (e) Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Organization, Bhabua - Member; (f) Executive Engineer, Rural Work Department, Work Division, Bhabua - Member; (g) One representative from Pollution Control Board to be nominated by State - Member; (h) Forest Division Officer, Kaimur Forest Division, Bhabua - Member and Convenor.
