New Delhi, the 11th May, 2016
S.O. 1755(E).—(cid:32) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (3) and (6) of section 3 read with section
7 of the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984 (52 of 1984), the Central Government hereby makes the following
amendments further to amend the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture (Department of
Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries) number S.O. 2181(E), dated the 28th August, 2014, published in Gazette of
India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, sub-section (ii), namely:—
In the said notification,—
(a) under the heading “Members nominated by the Central Government under clause (a) of sub-section (3) of Section 3”,
for serial number 1 and 4 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall respectively be
substituted, namely:—
