सदस्ट्य। या (iii) जजन्होंने मलू संवगा या जवभाग में वेतन मैररक् स में स्ट्तर-7 (44900-142400 रुपय)े या समतुल्य म ें तीन वषा की जनयजमत सेवा की हो; या (iv) जजन्होंने मूल संवगा या जवभाग में वेतन मैररक् स में स्ट्तर-6 (35400-112400 रुपये) या समतुल्य म ें अन वष ा की जनयजमत सेवा की हो; और (ख) जो जनम्नजलजखत िैजिक योग्यताएँ और ऄनुभव रखता हो : (1) (i) दकसी मान्यताप्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय या संस्ट्थान से खाद्य और पोषण जवज्ञान या गृह जवज्ञान या गृह ऄथािास्त्र या क्लीजनकल न्यूरीिन एवं अहाररकी या खाद्य जवज्ञान एवं पोषण या खाद्य एवं न्यूरीिन अहाररकी या अहार जवज्ञान और खाद्य सेवा प्रबंधन में स्नातकोत्तर जडग्री । (ii) केन्रीय सरकार या राज्य सरकारों या स्ट् विासी या कानूनी संगननों या पजललक सेक्टर ईपक्रमों या जवश्वजवद्यालयों या मान्यताप्राप्त ऄनुसंधान संस्ट्थानों के 100 जबस्ट्तरों वाल े ऄस्ट्पताल म ें अहाररकी म ेंदो वष ा का व्यावहाररक ऄनुभव । या (2)(i) दकसी मान्यताप्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय या संस्ट्थान स े खाद्य और पोषण जवज्ञान या गृह जवज्ञान या गृह ऄथािास्त्र या क्लीजनकल न्यूरीिन एवं डायटेरटक्स या खाद्य जवज्ञान एवं पोषण या खाद्य एव ं न्यूरीिन डायटेरटक्स या अहार जवज्ञान और खाद्य सेवा प्रबधं न म ें जवज्ञान स्नातक की जडग्री ।4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] (ii) दकसी मान्यताप्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय या संस्ट्थान से खाद्य एव ं न्यूरीिन डायटेरटक्स में स्नातकोत्तर जडप्लोमा । (iii) केन्रीय सरकार या राज्य सरकारों या स्ट् विासी या कानूनी संगननों या पजललक सेक्टर ईपक्रमों या जवश्वजवद्यालयों या मान्यताप्राप्त ऄनुसंधान संस्ट्थान के 100 जबस्ट्तरों वाल े ऄस्ट्पताल म ें अहाररकी म ेंतीन वष ा का व्यावहाररक ऄनुभव । रटप्पण 1: बाहरी ऄभ्यर्तथयों के साथ वेतन मैररक्स के स्ट्तर-6 (35400-112400 रुपए) म ें जवभागीय अहारजवद, जजन्होंन े ईस ग्रेड म ें अन वष ा की जनयजमत सेवा की ह ै और जो प्रजतजनयुजि अधार पर जनयुजि के जलए जनधााररत िैजिक ऄहता ाए ँ और ऄनुभव रखते ह,ैं पर जवचार दकया जाएगा और पद पर जनयुजि हते ु ईनके चयन होने पर पद को प्रोन्नजत द्वारा भरा माना जाएगा। रटप्पण 2.- प्रजतजनयुजि की ऄवजध, जजसके ऄंतगता केन्रीय सरकार के ईसी या दकसी ऄन्य सगं नन या जवभाग में आस जनयुजि स े नीक पहले धाररत दकसी ऄन्य काडर बाह्य पद पर प्रजतजनयुजि की ऄवजध ह,ै साधारणतया तीन वषा से ऄजधक नहीं होगी । रटप्पण 3.- प्रजतजनयुजि द्वारा जनयुजि के जलए ऄजधकतम अयु- सीमा अवेदन प्राप् त करन े की ऄंजतम तारी़ को छप्पन वषा स े ऄजधक नहीं होगी । [फा. सं. ए.12018/72/2017-एमइ] नीलाम् बुज िरण, अर्तथक सलाहकार MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 13th November, 2020. G.S.R. 723(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Senior Dietician in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Central Institute of Psychiatry, Kanke, Ranchi, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Central Institute of Psychiatry, Kanke, Ranchi, Senior Dietician (Group 'A' post) Recruitment Rules, 2020. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.- The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.. 3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule. 4. Disqualification.- No person,- (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person having a spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का राजपत्र : ऄसाधारण 5 5. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 6. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex- servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard. (ii) Two year practical experience in Dietetics in a 100 bedded hospital of Central Government or State Governments or autonomous or statutory organisation or public sector undertaking or University or recognised research institutes. or (2) (i) B. Sc. in Food and Nutrition or Home Science or Home Economics or Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics or Food Science and Nutrition or Food and Nutrition Dietetics or Dietetics and Food Service Management from a recognised University or institute. (ii) Post graduate diploma in food and Nutrition Dietetics from a recognised University or institute. (iii) Three years practical experience in Dietetics in a 100 bedded hospital of Central Government or State Governments or autonomous or statutory organisation or public sector undertaking or University or recognised research institutes. Note 1: The departmental Dietician in level 6 in the pay matrix (Rs. 35400 - 112400) with eight years of regular service in the grade and possessing the educational qualifications and experience prescribed for deputation will also be considered along with outsiders and in case he or she is selected for appointment to the post, the same shall be deemed to have been filled by promotion. Note 2: Period of deputation including period of deputation in another Ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organisation or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years. Note 3:The maximum age-limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding fifty-six years as on the closing date of the receipt of applications. [F.
