(1) These rules may be called Regional Offices of the Chief Labour Commissioner (Central) Organisation Upper Division Clerks, Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2019. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Regional Offices of the Chief Labour Commissioner (Central) Organisation Upper Division Clerks, Recruitment Rules, 2011:- (i) for rule 3, the following rule shall be substituted, namely :- “3. Number of posts, classification, level in the pay matrix .- The number of the said post, its classification, level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule annexed to these rules.” (ii) in the Schedule,- (a) in column (4), for the column heading and entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:- “Level in the pay matrix (4) Level-4 in the pay matrix (Rs. 25500-81100)”; in column 11,- (A) under the sub-heading ‘Promotion’ for the words, figures and letters “pay band-1 in the scale of pay of Rs. 5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs.1900”, the words, figures, brackets and letters “level-2 in the pay matrix (Rs.19900-63200)” shall be substituted; (B) ‘‘Note 2’’ shall be omitted; [F. (1) These rules may be called the Multi Tasking Staff in the Office of the Chief Labour Commissioner (Central) Headquarters Office, Recruitment Rules, 2019. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix.- The number of the post, its classification and the level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age limit and other qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule. 4. Disqualification.- No person,- (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post : Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 5.
