या (ख) जजसन े अपन े पजत या अपनी पत्न ी के जीजवत रहत े हुए दकसी व्य ज‍त स े जववाह दकया ह,ै उ‍त पद पर जनयजु‍त का पात्र नहीं होगा : परन् त ु यदद केंरीयीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता ह ै दक ऐसा जववाह ऐसे व् यज‍त और जववाह के अन् य पिकार को लागू स्ट् वीय जवजध के अधीन अनञेयु ेय ह ै और ऐसा करने के जलए अन् य आधार ह,ै तो वह दकसी व् यज‍त को इस जनयम के प्रवतान में छूट द ेसकेगी । 6. जिजथल करन ेकी िज‍त – जहां केन्रीयीय सरकार की यह राय ह ै दक ऐसा करना आवश् यक या समीचीन ह,ै वहां वह उसके जलए, जो कारण ह ैं उन् ह ें लेखबद्ध करके, तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामिा करके इन जनयमों के दकसी उपबंध को दकसी वगा या प्रवग ाके व् यज‍त यों की बाबत, आदेि द्वारा जिजथल कर सकेगी । 7. व् यावजृ त–इन जनयमों की कोई बात ऐसे आरिणों, आय-ु सीमा में छूट और अन् य ट्ररयायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी, जजनका केंरीयीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध म ें समय-समय पर जारी दकए गये आदेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत जाजतयों, अनुसूजचत जनजाजतयों, भूतपूवा सैजनकों और अन् य जविे प्रवगा के व् यज‍त यों के जलए उपबंध करना अपेजित ह ै। अनसु चू ी पद का नाम पद संख् या वगीकरण वेतन मैट्रर‍ स में और चयन सीधे भती दकए ग्रेड वेतन या वेतनमान या जाने वाल े अचयन, व् यज‍त यों की पद जलए आय-ु सीमा )1( )2( )3( )4( )5( )6( 1. अजभलेख 4* )2222( साधारण केंरीयीय स्ट् तर-12 चयन लाग ूनहीं होता उप जनदेिक * कायाभार के सेवा समूह ‘क’ (78800-209200 रु.) आधार पर राजपजत्रत, पट्ररवतान दकया अननुसजचवीय जा सकता ह ै। सीधे भती दकए सीधे भती दकए जाने वाल े पट्ररवीिा भती सीधे होगी या प्रोन् नजत द्वारा या जाने वाले व् यज‍त यों व् यज‍त यों के जलए जवजहत आय ु की प्रजतजनयुज‍त /आमेलन द्वारा तथा जवजभन् न के जलए अपेजित और िैजिक अहता ाएं प्रोन्न त अवजध, यदद पद्धजतयों द्वारा भरी जान े वाली ट्ररज‍त यों िैजिक और अन् य व् यज‍त यों की दिा में लाग ू कोई हो की प्रजतितता अहता ाएं होगी या नहीं )7( )8( )9( )12( लाग ूनहीं होता लाग ू नहीं होता लाग ू नहीं प्रोन् नजत द्वारा, जजसके न हो सकने पर होता प्रजतजनयुजि द्वारा (अल्प काजलक संजवदा सजहत)[भाग II खण् ड (i)] भारत का राजपत्र : असाधारण 3 प्रोन् नजत या प्रजतजनयुज‍त या आमेलन द्वारा भती की दिा म ें व े रेणेजणया जजनस े प्रोन् नजत/प्रजतजनयुज‍त /आमेलन दकया जाएगा )11( प्रोन्न जत : अजभलेख सहायक जनदेिक (अजभलेख और प्रकािन): ऐसे अजभलेख सहायक जनदेिक (प्राच्य अजभलेख) और अजभलेख सहायक जनदेिक (पट्रररिण) द्वारा संबंजधत ग्रडे म ें 5 व ा की जनयजमत सेवा की हो । ट्रटप्पण 1:- प्रोन्नजत के जलए योग्यता सूची अजधकारी द्वारा संबंजधत ग्रेड अथवा पद म ें जवजहत अहका सेवा पूरी करन े की तारीख के संदभा म ेंतैयार की जाएगी । ट्रटप् पण 2 :- जहां ऐस े कजनष्‍टठ व् यज‍त यों के संबंध म,ें जजन् होंने अपनी अहका या पात्रता सेवा परू ी कर ली ह,ै प्रोन् नजत के जलए जवचार दकया जा रहा हो, वहा ं उनके ज्य ष्‍टे ठ व् यज‍त यों के संबंध म ें भी जवचार दकया जाएगा परंतु यह तब जब दक उसके द्वारा की गई ऐसी अहका या पात्रता सेवा, अपेजित अहका या पात्रता सेवा के आधे स े अजधक स े या दो व ा स,े इनम ें स े जो भी कम हो, और जजन् होंने ऐसी अहका या पात्रता सेवा पहले ही पूरी कर ली ह,ै अगली उच् चतर रेणणे ी म ें प्रोन् नजत के जलए अपनी पट्ररवीिा की अवजध सफलतापूवाक परू ी कर ली हो । प्रजतजनयुज‍त (अल्प काजलक संजवदा सजहत): केन्रीयीय सरकार अथवा राज्य सरकार अथवा संघ राज्य िेत्रों अथवा कानूनी अथवा स्ट्विासी संगठनों अथवा पजललक से‍टर उपक्मों अथवा मान्यता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय अथवा अनसु ंधान संस्ट्थान के ऐसे अजधकारी : (क) (i) जजन्होंने मलू काडर अथवा जवभाग में जनयजमत आधार पर सदिृ पद धारण दकए हुए ह ैं ; अथवा (ii) जजन्होंने मूल काडर अथवा जवभाग म ें स्ट्तर -11 (67700-208700 रु.) या समतल्ु य पद म ें जनयजमत आधार पर जनयुजि के पश्चात 5 व ा की सेवा की हो ; और (ख) जो जनम्नजलजखत ििै जणक योग्यता और अनुभव रखत े हों: अजनवाया : (I) दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय अथवा संस्ट्थान से एक जव य के रूप में आधुजनक भारतीय इजतहास के साथ इजतहास म ें स्नातकोत्तर उपाजध ; अथवा दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय अथवा संस्ट्थान स ेरसायन िास्त्र अथवा भौजतक िास्त्र अथवा रासायजनक अथवा भौजतक जवञेयान म ें स्नातकोत्तर उपाजध अथवा इंजीजनयररग म ेंस्नातक/पेपर प्रौद्योजगकी में बी .टेक अथवा रसायन इंजीजनयररग में स्नातक ; (II) दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्ट्थान से अजभलेख और अजभलेख प्रबंधन म ें एक व ीय जडप्लोमा ; अथवा रेप्रोग्राफी अथवा कागजों की देख-रेख और पट्रररिण में प्रमाणपत्र कोसा, (III) दकसी अजभलेख कायाालय म ें वट्ररष्ठ पयावेिक के पद पर प्रिासन में 5 व ा के अनुभव के साथ (अनुसंधान दिानिास्त्र म ें स्नातक अथवा पीएचडी को छोड़कर, यदद कोई हो तो) अथवा जवश्वजवद्यालय स्ट्तर पर आधुजनक भारतीय इजतहास अथवा भौजतक अथवा रसायन जवञेयान में दस व ा का अनुभव । वाछं नीय : (i) इजतहास अथवा भौजतक अथवा रसायन जवञेयान म ेंमास्ट्टर ऑफ दफलॉसफी अथवा डॉ‍टरेट की उपाजध ; Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the National Archives of India, (Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’ Posts Recruitment) Rules, 2020.
