L.-33004/99 EXTRAORDINARY II— — (i) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (i) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY ] No. 636] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, JULY 18, 2017/ASADHA 27, 1939 नागर विमानन मत्रं ालय अविसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 18 जुलाई, 2017 सा.का.वन. 890(अ).—राष्ट्रपवि, संवििान के अनुच्छेि 309 के परन्िुक द्वारा प्रित्त शवियों का प्रयोग करिे हुए नागर विमानन मंत्रालय, नागर विमानन सरु क्षा ब्यूरो में नागर विमानन सरु क्षा सपं कक कायालक य (सीएएसएलओ) समन्ियक के पि पर भिी की पद्धवि का विवनयमन करने के वलये वनम्नवलविि वनयम बनािे ह,ैं अर्ाकि:- 1. सवं क्षप्त नाम एि ं प्रारम्भ.- (1) इन वनयमों का संवक्षप्त नाम नागर विमानन मंत्रालय, नागर विमानन सुरक्षा ब्यूरो, नागर विमानन सुरक्षा सपं कक कायाकलय (सीएएसएलओ) समन्ियक, श्रेणी “ि’ पि, भिी वनयम, 2017 ह ै। (2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की िारीि को प्रित्तृ होंगे । 2. पिों की सख्ं या, िगीकरण और ििे न मट्रै िक्स म ेंस्िर:- पि की संख्या, उसका िगीकरण और उससे संलग्न िेिन मैट्रिक्स में स्िर िह होगा, जो इन वनयमों से उपाबद्ध अनसु ूची के स्िभं (2) से स्िभं (4) में विवनर्िष्टक ह ैं। 3. भिी की पद्धवि, आय-ु सीमा, अहिक ाएं आदि:– उि पि पर भिी की पद्धवि, आय-ु सीमा, अहिक ाएं और उससे सबं ंविि अन्य बाि ें िे होंगी जो उि अनुसचू ी के स्िभं (5) से स्िभं (13) में विवनर्िष्टक ह ैं। 4. वनरहिक ा:- िह व्यवि (क) वजसने ऐसे व्यवि से वजसका वजसका पवि या वजसकी पत्नी जीविि ह,ै वििाह दकया ह,ै या वििाह की संवििा की ह;ै या (ि) वजसने अपने पवि या अपनी पत्नी के जीविि रहिे हुए दकसी व्यवि से वििाह दकया ह,ै या वििाह की संवििा की ह;ै उि पिों में से दकसी पर वनयुवि का पात्र नहीं होगा ; या (ii) वजन्होंने मूल काडर या विभाग में िेिन मेट्रिक्स के स्िर-6 (न्यूनिम रु.44,900/- से अविकिम रु.1,42,900/-िक) में वनयवमि आिार पर उस पि पर वनयुवि के पचाताि उस श्रेणी में पाचं िषक की सेिा की हो ;II (i) 3 और (ि) )जो वनम्नवलविि शैवक्षक अहिक ाएं और अनभु ि रिि े हों -: (i) दकसी मान्यिा प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से स्नािक वडग्री; Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Bureau of Civil Aviation Security, Civil Aviation Security Liaison Office (CASLO) Coordinator, Group ‘B’ Post, Recruitment Rules, 2017. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix- The number of said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment to the said post, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in column (5) to (13) of the said Schedule. 4. Disqualification. - No person,- (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 5. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 6. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, ex-Serviceman and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard. Note 1: Period of deputation (including short term contract) including period of deputation (including short term contract) in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organisation or Department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years. Note 2: The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation (including short term contract) shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of the applications. [F.
