G.S.R. 1195(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the
President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Junior Hindi Translators [Regional Offices of the Chief
Labour Commissioner (Central) Recruitment Rules, 2011, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.-(1) These rules may be called the Junior Hindi Translators [Regional
Offices of the Chief Labour Commissioner (Central)] Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Junior Hindi Translators [Regional Offices of the Chief Labour Commissioner (Central)],
Recruitment Rules, 2011:-
(a) rule 2 shall be omitted;
(b) for rule 3, the following shall be substituted, namely :-
“3. Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix .- The number of the post, its classification and
the level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule.”
(c) In the Schedule,-
(i) for Columns (4) and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
“Level in the pay matrix

Level-6 in the pay matrix (Rs.35400-112400/-)”

Commissioner (Central), Group ‘B’ Post, Recruitment Rules, 2013, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Stenographer Grade-I, Regional Offices of the Chief Labour
Commissioner (Central), Group ‘B’ Post, Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Stenographer Grade-I, Regional Offices of the Chief Labour Commissioner (Central), Group
‘B’ Post, Recruitment Rules, 2013:-
(i) for rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted namely :-
“2. Number of posts, classification, level in the pay matrix or pay scale.- The number of the post, its
classification, level in the pay matrix or pay scale attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the

(ii) In the Schedule,-
(a) in column (4), for the heading and entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
