G.S.R. 815(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution,
the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (Ministry of
Civil Aviation), Senior Aviation Security Assistant, Group ‘C’ Posts, Recruitment Rules, 2017, namely :-
1. Short title and commencement-(1) These rules may be called the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security
(Ministry of Civil Aviation), Senior Aviation Security Assistant, Group ‘C’ Posts, Recruitment (Amendment)
Rules, 2019.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (Ministry of Civil Aviation), Senior Aviation Security
Assistant, Group ‘C’ Posts, Recruitment Rules, 2017, in the Schedule, in column (10), for the existing entries,
the following entries shall be substituted, namely :-
“(i) 40 per cent by promotion, failing which by deputation;
(ii) 60 per cent by deputation”.
