NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 14th January, 2016
G.S.R. 34(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the
Constitution, the President hereby makes the following amendments to the Ministry of Culture, National
Archives of India, Director General (Group ‘A’ Post) Recruitment Rules, 2013, namely:—
1.(cid:32) Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Culture, National
Archives of India, Director General (Group ‘A’ Post), Recruitment Amendment Rules, 2015.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Ministry of Culture, National Archives of India, Director General, (Group `A’ Post),
Recruitment Rules, 2013, in the Schedule, in column 12, under the heading Search-cum-Selection
Committee consisting of, in serial number 2 and the entry relating thereto, the following entry shall be
substituted, namely:—
“2 Additional Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister –Member”.
