(संरक्षण) भिी (संशोिन) तनयम, 2017 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की िारीि को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

(i) स्िंभ (4) में, शीर्ाक के स्र्ान पर “वेिन मेट्रिक्स में स्िर” शीर्ाक और उसके अिीन प्रतवतियों के स्र्ान पर “वेिन मेट्रिक्स
में स्िर 13, 123100 रु.- 215900 रु.” प्रतवतियां रिी जाएंगी।
(ii) स्िभ ं(11) में “वेिन बैंड- 3, 15600-39100 रुपए और 7600 रुपए के ग्रेड वेिन” िर्ा “वेिन बैंड 3, 37400-67000
रुपए और ग्रेड वेिन 7600 रुपए” जहााँ जहााँ वे आि ेहैं, शब्िों, अंकों और अक्षरों के स्र्ान पर “वेिन मेट्रिक्स में स्िर 12,

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th July, 2018
G.S.R. 656(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the
President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Culture, Archaeological Survey of India, Joint
Director General (Conservation) Recruitment Rules, 2015, namely :—
1. (1) Short title and commencement.—These rules may be called the Ministry of Culture, Archeological
Survey of India, Joint Director General (Conservation) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Ministry of Culture, Archaeological Survey of India, Joint Director General (Conservation)
Recruitment Rules, 2015 in rule 2, for the words “pay band and grade pay or pay scale” at both the places where they
occur, the words “level in the pay Matrix” shall be substituted;
3. In the Schedule to the Ministry of Culture, Archaeological Survey of India, Joint Director General
(Conservation) Recruitment Rules, 2015, —
(i) in column (4), for the heading, the heading “Level in the Pay Matrix” and for the entries thereunder, the
entries “Level 13 in Pay Matrix: Rs. 123100-Rs. 215900” shall respectively be substituted.
(ii) in column (11), for the words, letters and figures “PB-3, Pay Scale Rs. 15600-39100, with
GP 7600/-” and Pay Band 3 Rs. 15,600-39,100 plus Grade Pay Rs.7600, where they appear, the words,
letters and figures “Level 12 in Pay Matrix: Rs.78800-Rs. 209200” shall be substituted.
