NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 6th August, 2018
G.S.R. 774(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution, the
President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Department of
Agriculture, Cooperation and Farmers Welfare, Farm Machinery Training and Testing Institute, Technical, Group ‘C’
Posts Recruitment Rules, 2017, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Department of Agriculture, Co-
operation and Farmers Welfare, Farm Machinery Training and Testing Institute, Technical, Group ‘C’ Posts
Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2018.
(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Schedule to the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Department of Agriculture, Co-operation
and Farmers Welfare, Farm Machinery Training and Testing Institute, Technical, Group ‘C’ Posts Recruitment Rules,
2017, -
(a) against serial No. 4 relating to the post of Senior Technician, after the entries under column (7), the following Note
shall be inserted, namely:-
“Note: the particular trade in which a Senior Technician is required to be recruited shall be specified at the
time of recruitment.” ;
(b) against serial No. 5 relating to the post of Technician, after the entries under column (7), the following Note shall be
inserted, namely:-
“Note: the particular trade in which a Technician is required to be recruited shall be specified at the time of
recruitment.”.
