G.S.R. 469(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President
hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Culture, Archaeological Survey of India, Photographer
Grade-II and Photographer Grade-I (Group ‘C’ posts) Recruitment Rules, 2018, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Culture, Archeological Survey of India, Photographer Grade-II
and Photographer Grade-I, Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2019.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Ministry of Culture, Archaeological Survey of India, Photographer Grade-II and Photographer Grade-I (Group
‘C’ posts) Recruitment Rules, 2018, —
(a) in the Schedule,—
(i) against serial number 1 relating to the post of Photographer Grade-II, in column (7), under the heading
“Essential”, in item (ii), for the word “two”, the word “one” shall be substituted;
(ii) against serial number 2 relating to the post of Photographer Grade-I, in column (7), under the heading
“Essential”, in item (ii), for the word “two”, the word “one” shall be substituted;
