आवश्यक नहीं ह ै। राज्य िेत्रों या पजललक सेक्टर उपक्रमों या 2. जनििे क, केन्रीय मनः जचदकत्सा संस्ट्थान, रांची - सिस्ट्य; मान्यताप्राप्त जववविजवयालालयों या 3. जनििे क (जचदकत्सा जििा), स्ट्वास्ट््य सेवा मान्यताप्राप्त अनसु ंधान संस्ट्थानों या महाजनििे ालय - सिस्ट्य । स्ट् विासी या कानूनी संगननों के ऐसे अजधकारी: (क) (i) िो मूल संवगा या जवभाग म ें जनयजमत आधार पर सििृ पि धारण दकए हुए ह:ैं या (ii) जिन्होंने मूल संवगा या जवभाग में वेतन मैररक् स में स्ट्तर-5 (29200-92300 रुपये) या समतल्ु य में पि पर जनयजमत आधार पर जनयुजि के पश्चात उस श्रेणी में छह वषा की जनयजमत सेवा की हो; और (ख) िो जनम्नजलजखत िैजिक अहतााए और अनुभव रखता हो : आवश्यक: (क)(i) दकसी मान्यताप्राप्त जववविजवयालालय या संस्ट्थान से रेजडयोग्राफी या रेजडयोलॉिी- इमेजिंग तकनीक या मेजडकल इमेजिंग तकनीक में जडप्लोमा; (ii) दकसी मान्यताप्राप्त अस्ट्पताल या स्ट्वास्ट््य केंर में रेजडयोग्राफी के िेत्र में िो वषा का अनुभव । या (ख)(i) दकसी मान्यताप्राप्त जववविजवयालालय या संस्ट्थान से रेजडयोग्राफी या रेजडयो- इमेजिंग तकनीक या मेजडकल इमेजिंग तकनीक में स्नातक की जडग्री; (ii) दकसी मान्यताप्राप्त अस्ट्पताल या स्ट्वास्ट््य केंर में रेजडयोग्राफी के िेत्र में एक वषा का अनुभव । रटप्पण 1: बाहरी अभ्यर्थायों के साथ वेतन मैररक्स के स्ट्तर-5 (29200-92300 रुपए) में जवभागीय रेजडयोग्राफर, जिन्होंने उस श्रेणी में छह वषा की जनयजमत सेवा की ह ै और िो प्रजतजनयजु ि आधार पर जनयुजि के जलए जनजहत िैजिक अहता ाएँ और अनुभव रखते ह,ैं पर भी जवचार दकया िाएगा और पि पर जनयुजि हते ु उनके चयन होने पर पि को प्रोन्नजत द्वारा भरा समझा िाएगा ।4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] रटप्पण 2.- प्रजतजनयुजि की अवजध, जिसके अंतगात केन्रीय सरकार के उसी या दकसी अन्य संगनन या जवभाग में इस जनयुजि से नीक पहले धाररत दकसी अन्य काडर बाह्य पि पर प्रजतजनयुजि की अवजध ह,ै साधारणतया तीन वषा से अजधक नहीं होगी । प्रजतजनयुजि द्वारा जनयुजि के जलए अजधकतम आयु-सीमा आवेिन प्राप्त करने की अंजतम तारीख़ को छप् पन वषा से अजधक नहीं होगी । [फ़ा. स.ं ए.12018/75/2017- एमई] नीलाम् बुि िरण, आर्थाक सलाहकार MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 13th November, 2020 G.S.R. 724(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Senior Radiographer in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Central Institute of Psychiatry, Kanke, Ranchi, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Central Institute of Psychiatry, Kanke, Ranchi, Senior Radiographer ( Group 'B' posts) Recruitment Rules, 2020. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix.- The number of the said posts, their classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule. 4.Disqualification.- No person,- (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person having a spouse living, or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 5. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 6. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and the other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard. OR (b) (i) Bachelor degree in Radiography or Radio-Imaging Technology and Medical Imaging Technology from a recognised University or Institute; (ii) one year experience in the field of radiography in a recognised hospital or health centre. Note 1: The departmental Radiographer in level 5 (Rs. 29200 - 92300/-) in the pay matrix with six years of regular service in the grade and possessing the educational qualifications and experience6 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] prescribed for deputation, will also be considered along with outsiders and in case he or she is selected for appointment to the post, the same shall be deemed to have been filled by promotion. Note 2: Period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years. The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of the receipt of applications. [F.
