(1) These regulations may be called the Union Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation) Amendment Regulations, 2015. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Union Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation) Regulations, 1958, in the Schedule II, after the item 9 and the entries relating thereto, the following item shall be inserted, namely :- “10. All Group ‘B’ posts carrying a Grade Pay less than Rs. 4800/- in Pay Band-2 of Rs. 9300 to 34800/- filled by absorption method and composite method”.
