New Delhi, the 3rd February, 2016
S.O. 342(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 3 of the Dentists Act, 1948
(16 of 1948), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of
the Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare No. S.O. 430 dated
24th January, 1984 namely:
In the said notification under head “Nominated under clause (f) read with proviso to section 3”
for entries relating to serial No. 3 , the following shall be substituted therein, namely:
“3. Dr. Maneklal Mathurdas Patel, BDS Nominated Central 29.01.2016 ”
