Shri Pradeep Kumar Singh, Ex -officio Member" Joint Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure, New Delhi [F. No. HAJ-11/4/2021-HAJ-MoMA] CPS BAKSHI, Jt.
