NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 23rd September, 2024 S.O. 4171(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred under sections 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 of the Haj Committee Act, 2002 (35 of 2002), the Central Government hereby makes the following further to amend in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Minority Affairs, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II,

Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 1564(E), dated the 1st April, 2022, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, namely:- In the said notification, under clause (iii) of section 4 of the Act, for serial number 15 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and the entries shall be substituted, namely:- "15. Shri Pradeep Kumar Singh, Ex -officio Member" Joint Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure, New Delhi [F. No. HAJ-11/4/2021-HAJ-MoMA] CPS BAKSHI, Jt. Secy.

Note: The principal notification was published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 1564(E), dated 1st April, 2022 and was last amended vide number S.O.1183(E), dated the 7th March, 2024.
