NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28th August, 2019
F. No. 10/QA/FA Exam/FSSAI/2016.—In exercise of the powers conferred under the sub-rule 1(ii)
of rule 2.1.4 of the Food Safety and Standards Rule, 2011, and in supersession of the Food Safety and
Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) notification number F.No.10/QA/FA Exam/FSSAI 2016 dated 18th
April, 2017, Published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-III, Section-4, except as respects things
done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India hereby
appoints a board comprising of the following members for the purpose of considering the candidates suitable
and qualified to hold the post of Food Analyst under the provisions of the Food Safety and Standards Act,
2006 (34 of 2006) and the rules made thereunder, namely:-

3. This board shall regulate its own procedure and the conduct of business to be transacted by it.
4. In case of any difficulty/dispute, the decision of the chairman of the board shall be final.
5. No act of proceeding of the board shall be called in questions on the ground merely of existence of
any vacancy in as or any defect in the constitution of the Board.
