This document is a corrigendum, S.O. 1945(E), issued by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, on June 10, 2019. 14.05.2019, the following substitutions are made:—
1. The name “Dr. Ashutosh Agrawal” in Point 1 of Columm ‘C’ for Members nominated under Sub
Section 5 (1) (j) are hereby substituted by the name “Dr. Ashutosh N. Aggarwal”.
