S.O. 2191(E).—In partial modification of this Ministry’s Notification no. AV-15013/12/2016-DG published as
S.O. 4092(E) dated 14.12.2019, the name of the Chairman, Committee of Inquiry be read as Shri R S Passi, Dir, AAIB in
place of Dr. Jitendra Loura, the then Assistant Director, AAIB. All other terms and conditions of the notification remain
the same. The Committee will complete its inquiry and submit its report to the Central Government within two months of
the date of this notification.
