S.O. 1079(E) dated 14.03.2016, the name of the Chairman, Committee of Inquiry be read as Shri Amit Gupta, Director,
AED, DGCA in place of Shri Raje Bhatnagar, Assistant Director, AAIB, and the name of Member, Dr. Jitender Loura, the
then Assistant Director, is deleted. All other terms and conditions of the said notification remain the same. The Committee
