S.O. 4010(E).—In pursuance of sub-rule (1) of rule 10A of the Aircraft (Carriage of Dangerous Goods) Rules,
2003, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the
Ministry of Civil Aviation, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the
24th March, 2007 vide number S.O. 447 (E), dated the 19th March, 2007, namely:__
In the said notification, after serial number (iv), the following entry shall be inserted, namely:―
“(iv A) Assistant Director (Regulations and Information)”.
