New Delhi, the 16th November, 2018
S.O. 5772(E).—In pursuance of sub-rule (2) of rule 3A of the Aircraft Rules, 1937, the Central
Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in
the erstwhile Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II,
Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 6th October, 1994 vide number S.O. 726(E), dated the 4th October, 1994,
namely:__
In the said notification ―
(a) in the First Schedule,—
(i) against the entry “Deputy Director General of Civil Aviation (except Deputy Director
General of Civil Aviation, Research & Development)” occurring in column 1, in column 2,
for the figures and word “45 to 62”, the figures, word and letters “45 to 60, 60A, 60D, 60E,
60G, 60J, 60K, 61, 62” shall be substituted;
(ii) after the entries, relating to “Deputy Director of Air Transport”, in columns 1 and 2, the
following entries shall be inserted, namely:__

any assessment or examination for reasons of
adopting unfair means during the assessment or

by an authorised person or a Board null and void, to
require the examination or assessment to be carried
out again by another authorised person or a Board, to
take suitable action against such authorized person or
board.
60J. Rule 114 To grant approval to a training organisation for
conducting an approved training course.
60K. Sub-rule (4) of rule 115 To authorize a person to certify a logbook.

licence holder to undergo a medical examination at
