NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 25th August, 2017
S.O. 2825(E).—In pursuance of sub-rule (1) of rule 3A of the Aircraft Rules, 1937, the Central
Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in
the erstwhile Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II,
Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 6th October, 1994 vide number S.O. 727(E), dated the 4th October, 1994,
namely:__
In the said notification―
(a)(cid:32) in the First Schedule, for the entries relating to “Joint Director General of Civil Aviation
(except Joint Director General of Civil Aviation, Research and Development)”, the following
shall be substituted, namely :—
“Joint Director General of Civil Aviation All except 23A”;
(b)(cid:32) in the Second Schedule, after serial number 23 and the entries relating thereto, the following
serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely :—
Sub-rule (7) of rule To cancel registration of an aircraft to which the provisions
“23A 30 of the Cape Town convention or Cape Town Protocol
apply.”.
