G.S.R. 90(E).—In pursuance of the provisions contained in Section 8(1) of the Asiatic Society Act,
1984, the Central Government hereby extends the tenure of the Planning Board of Asiatic Society, Kolkata for
four years from 10th December, 2019 to 9th December, 2023. The Planning Board was constituted with the
following constitution, vide Notification GSR 965 (E) dated 9th December, 2015 [F.No. 9-14/2009-ASI/AS] for
the purpose of advising the Asiatic Society, Kolkata with respect to the planning and implementation of its
developmental programmes and other matters concerning the Society.
