S.O. 759(E).—In pursuance of the provisions of clause (b) of Rule 21 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945, the
Central Government hereby appoints Dr. S. Eswara Reddy, Joint Drugs Controller of India, CDSCO, Ministry of Health
and Family Welfare to be the Licensing Authority for a period of three months with effect from the afternoon
20th February, 2018 or till the regularly appointed person takes charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
