New Delhi, the 27th December, 2019
S.O. 4671(E).—In pursuance sub-clause (iv) of clause (b) of section 3 of the Drugs and Cosmetics
Act, 1940 (23 of 1940), the Central Government hereby amends the notification of the Government of India,
Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (Department of Health and Family Welfare) No. S.O. 5980(E), dated
the 3rd December, 2018 published in PART II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) of the Gazette of India,
Extraordinary, namely,―
In the said notification, for the words and figures “the 1st day of January, 2020” the words and figures
“the 1st day of January, 2021” shall be substituted.
