CORRIGENDUM
In the Notification No. UDD 208 MNJ 2023, dated 10.06.2025 issued
by the Government regarding utilisation of Development Rights Certificates
issued within the limits of Greater Bengaluru Area, in the final paragraph,
for the words “Bangalore Development Authority” the words “Greater
Bengaluru Authority” shall be substituted and the sentence shall be modified
and read as below:
“The Greater Bengaluru Authority shall verify the veracity of
the Development Rights Certificates issued, transferred and utilised
and maintain in the prescribed Form-XI under Rule-9 of the
Karnataka Town and Country Planning (Benefit of Development
Rights), Rules 2016, irrespective of the local planning area limits in
which the Development Rights Certificates (DRC) or Transferable
Development Right (TDR) is permitted to be utilized”.
